Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Europe
- Standard International: 5–10 business days Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Worldwide
- Standard International: 7–14 business days International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@klyncosmetics.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier.
